Our company has developed unique cleaning and drying technologies, including the vertical rotation mechanism for the workpieces in our "parts cleaning machine," vacuum drying technology using vertical rotation, and space-saving features in our "container cleaning machine." 【Unique Cleaning and Drying Technologies】 ■ Parts Cleaning Machine - Development of the vertical rotation mechanism for workpieces → By combining vertical rotation of the workpiece with an NC unit, we have achieved the ability to clean the entire surface of the workpiece thoroughly. - Vacuum drying technology using vertical rotation → By performing vacuum drying while draining the moisture accumulated in the workpiece, we improve drying accuracy and contribute to reducing cycle time. ■ Container Cleaning Machine - Achieving space-saving and low running costs → Through centrifugal dehydration, drying can be achieved in one-third of the space compared to conventional blower drying types. → Additionally, by using heat pumps for heating, we have realized one-fifth of the running costs compared to traditional methods.
